Missed Appointment & Cancellation policy

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment we require at least 24 hours notice prior to your slot! Appointments can be cancelled on the website or by letting a staff member know!

Failure to attend without any notice, or by not giving sufficient notice for your appointment to be re-booked by someone else will mean you will be blocked from using our Monday services indefinitely.
